Who we are

Optimal Home (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. 201601034298 (1205239-V)) is a Malaysian consultancy that advises and assists clients with Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H), PVIP and Labuan Employment Pass applications. We hold MM2H licence MM2H904, issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC).

This policy explains how we handle the personal data you give us through this website and when you speak to our team.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect only what we need to advise you:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your nationality and country of residence
• The details you submit through the consultation form or WhatsApp, including the programme you are interested in, your preferred language and any message you send us

Why we use it

We use your data to reply to your enquiry and to advise you on your visa application. If you choose to proceed, we also use it to prepare, submit and follow up on your application.

We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell it.

Sharing

We share your data only with the Malaysian government agencies and partners needed to process your application, for example MOTAC, the Immigration Department of Malaysia, panel clinics, insurers and licensed partners acting on your behalf. Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry and advise you. Application records are kept for the period required by the relevant Malaysian authorities and by our professional record-keeping obligations. Once your data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your data at any time
• Ask us to stop using your data, or to delete it, where the law allows
